PPI CC2000 Cleaner-is a very effective water based cleaner concentrate for wigs and hair pieces. Mildly fragrance and pH balanced, CC2000 is strong enough to use on synthetic fiber but is safe enough to use on color treated human hair. CC2000 easily rinses out in the sink or basin.
